These examples indicate the problems found with traditional style screens, both new and old, when it is made of fiberglass, cloth, plastic or vinyl. Gravity, temperature and humidity (high or low) can wreak havoc on these materials. That is why other manufacturers have to resort to metal frames, strings, bulky arms and bungee cords to try to keep them flat. But gravity rules . . .
